Women need to stand together, shoulder to shoulder. Working in criminal law can be a frustrating business for us. We all know the statistics, women join criminal law in droves, but they face barriers to their success and they leave or are leapfrogged by male counterparts.
But things are changing and we want to help women succeed and become the future female leaders.
We are very proud of the achievements of Women in Criminal Law so far, and hope you will join us, if you haven’t already, to help us to ensure that women are properly represented at the top levels of our professions: partnership, King’s Counsel and judiciary. Our training and mentoring programmes will help you succeed and help you to help others achieve their potential. Our campaigns will help fight for a better working environment. Along the way we hope you will make connections, feel supported and inspire others.

Hope to see you at our next event!
